Cakes for any Occasion

All our cakes are handmade from scratch, with all-natural human-grade, pet-friendly ingredients, and much love.

No Return, Refund, or Changes if the cake is already made.
For Changes or Cancellations/Refunds on cakes, contact us 2 days before the pickup date.

All our cakes are Pickup Only
All cakes must be paid in full and preordered at least 2 days in advance.

Please check your spam folder for the confirmation email. and make sure your cell phone number or email is correct.

After your selected pick-up date, we will hold your cake for up to 3 days and then will have to be discarded.

Cake Pickup Terms and Conditions:
Once the cake is presented to you for verification, we will ensure everything is correct. After confirmation, the cake will be handed over to you.
Damage Responsibility:
Upon accepting the cake, "It’s So Fluffy" is no longer responsible for any damage incurred. Once you take possession of the cake, you assume full responsibility for its condition.
Mistakes on Our Part:
If we make an error with your order, we will make every effort to correct it either the same day or by the following day, depending on the issue.
If You Damage the Cake:
If you damaged the cake after being handed to you, we may be able to fix it on the same day or by the next day depending on the damage for an EXTRA CHARGE. 
Cakes are delicate and should be handled with care.
Kitchen Location:
Please note, we do not have a kitchen at the store. All cakes are prepared at an off-site location.
